We are looking for versatile dancers and creative choreographers with strong cultural dance
knowledge and professional performance experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop original choreography for music videos, live performances, tours, stage
• productions, cultural showcases, and promotional campaigns.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge and accurate representation of cultural dance
• traditions, including African drum-led movement, Afro-fusion, Caribbean/Latin
• rhythms, indigenous storytelling, and other traditional forms.
• Adapt choreography to suit different settings such as studio shoots, live stages,
• outdoor events, green-screen environments, and multimedia projects.
• Participate in ongoing training, workshops, rehearsals, technical run-throughs,
• blocking sessions, castings, auditions, and branding exercises.
• Work collaboratively with directors, producers, musicians, stylists, and
• cinematography teams to interpret themes and enhance creative storytelling.
• Maintain high physical fitness, consistency, energy, and stage presence during
• rehearsals and performances.
• Assist in dancer coordination, movement direction, staging decisions, and on-set
• performance coaching when required.
• Provide creative input for costumes, props, lighting concepts, cultural storytelling and
• stage aesthetics.
• Uphold artistic integrity by ensuring all cultural dance representations are respectful,
• authentic, and creatively executed

Requirement

• Skills in cultural dance forms (Traditional African, Afrobeat, Contemporary African,
• etc.)
• Versatility in secondary styles is a bonus
• Experience creating choreography for stage, theatre or commercial productions.
• Creativity, musicality, discipline, reliability, and teamwork.
