Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on visual branding, design direction, colour palettes, style identity, and concept development.
- Support creative teams during photo shoots, music video production, stage designs, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct art research and trend analysis to help shape brand aesthetics and visual decision-making.
- Review and advise on mood boards, set designs, costume concepts, props, lighting aesthetics, and graphic materials.
- Work with performers and creative directors to ensure visual elements perfectly complement storytelling and performance themes.
- Liaise with designers, photographers, stylists, videographers, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Evaluate artistic assets—such as album covers, promotional materials, video treatments—and ensure they meet the organisation’s standards.
- Contribute to audience engagement strategies through creative vision and artistic innovation.
Requirement
- Knowledge in visual arts, design, branding, or creative consultancy.
- Strong aesthetic judgement and portfolio demonstrating artistic experience.
