We are looking for organised creative leaders who can manage artistic projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of artistic projects: concept development, planning, budgeting, logistics, creative execution, and delivery.
- Work closely with talent (dancers, actors, musicians) and technical teams (lighting, sound, makeup, cinematography) to ensure unified artistic quality.
- Manage production schedules, including venue bookings, rehearsal timelines, equipment allocation, crew coordination, and contingency planning.
- Develop creative briefs, storyboards, scripts, treatments, and production outlines.
- Conduct casting sessions, interviews, talent assessments, and selection processes.
- Lead production meetings, evaluate creative pitches, approve concepts, and ensure alignment with brand identity.
- Supervise filming days, stage builds, dress rehearsals, technical rehearsals, and post-production workflows.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, copyright laws, licensing requirements, and industry standards.
- Oversee budgets including cost tracking, financial reporting, and resource allocation.
- Handle stakeholder communication, client reporting, and partnership development.
- Monitor creative quality, troubleshoot issues, and deliver completed projects within deadlines.
Requirement
- Professional experience in arts management, creative production, directing, film/media, or large-scale project coordination.
- Strong leadership, communication, organisation, and time-management skills.
