Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of creative concepts, themes, and artistic direction for
- projects.
- Coordinate with choreographers, performers, producers, directors, and visual teams.
- Assist in planning and managing workshops, rehearsals, showcases, and cultural
- programmes.
- Organise project logistics including schedules, timelines, meetings, and casting
- sessions.
- Act as a liaison for artists, performers, and creative partners.
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as call sheets, project reports, proposals,
- and production notes.
- Track project progress and report updates to the Creative Director and project leads.
- Assist with budgeting, resource allocation, and project cost monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies, safety standards, and copyright
- regulations.
- Support audience engagement, cultural initiatives, and outreach activities.
- Maintain relationships with external arts organisations, partners, and community
- groups.
- Review creative outputs to ensure quality, cultural sensitivity, and alignment with
- brand identity
Requirements
- Experience in arts administration, cultural programming, or creative project
- coordination.
- Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Creative awareness with the ability to contribute ideas to artistic direction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, creative environment.
